”Nationalities are a glorified tribalism” - Krishnamurti speaking at the United Nation’s 40th anniversary.
Tensions are everywhere! Tensions surround us all. Stress, fear, anxiety, uncertainty, hurt, pain, anger, -- all of the most destructive behavioral traits of human nature are – as is our Earth - in a currently excessive state of evolving– escalating in soo many ways, on soo many levels in our shared world today that you may not want or care to believe, realize - or even accept it...
Terms, standards, rights (supposing we have one, some, or indeed EVER truly had ANY), conditions, socio-cultural environments - all these are ’climates’ that may – and do – differ, abnormely even, when glancing at our planet Earth as a whole.
But the one traumatic effect we all share, is CONFLICT. And the pain it entails on our being. Our physical, emotional, psychological being. This link might concern the Americans, - but who are we kidding? And for the record, CONFLICT and VIOLENCE is gender free!

Really;
It does not matter – in terms of stress and nervous reactions – whether we live in the so-called First, Second, or Third world.
I put this statement out there well aware of its provocative implications.
For, Of Course there is a difference if you are brought up in a corner of our global society deprived of food, water, a home/shelter, education and what not, with no rights and no chance in hell of ever rising above a certain level in terms of livingstandards.
Levels and standards carefully displayed by First World UN and a whole bunch of organizations all working, speaking, declaring, and politicising on behalf of those in need. Whether in fact, fiction or both.
”Peace requires a great deal of intelligence, not just demonstrations against a particular form of war” - Krishnamurti ibid.
- - Well, this is surely an interesting point of view, that none of us ever give the attention it needs. And, really, would any of the thousands of foreclosed desperate voices – say – in the Occupy Movement care for an approach of this sort? Would the european ’sister’Movements?
And who am I to decide? I am not for or against any - - A N Y - - political or otherwise stated ideal.
Although I link to diverting points of view on this matter, - I find myself returning to the quotation above; Peace requires a great deal of intelligence. A great deal. Not from a single person, a single point of view, a single movement, a mass, - - no. A great DEAL of INTELLIGENCE: From EVERYBODY... And that is our problem. Our quintessential CONFLICT.
(That means – our conflict in 5th potensy ... Rest assured that primo, secundo, tertio, quatro also exist... IS there any limit?)
In our constant attempt to differ between our selves under the pretext of understanding the differences in our worlds inside the one world we share, we may actually end up excluding and isolating ourselves from each other more and on a deeper level of human compassion than we set out to do when – ironically enough – we apply those distinctions!

”Why is it Man cannot live peacefully on this marvellous Earth? This question is being asked over and over again, - an organization like this has been formed around that. What is the future of this particular organization?”
- Krishnamurti ibid.
Coming from First World we have a lot more in common with even the poorest of a Third World earthling than we ever get to realize (!!)
The Truth is; Life is damn hard on every single one of us. No matter our position. No matter our situation. N O M A T T E R ! AT ALL! Life is a battle we all share.
”Humans suffer. Every human being on this earth goes through that. And sorrow is shared by all mankind.” - Krishnamurti ibid.

Peace – and a happy note for a Sun Day
